At SorryForThis.in, we are committed to delivering your favorite products quickly and carefully. Delivery times may vary as we source our products from trusted global suppliers, including warehouses in China and the United States.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days

  • Shipping Locations: Products may be shipped directly from international warehouses (China or USA)

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs, weather conditions, or logistical delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-refundable. This includes beauty products, pet supplies, and children's items, which are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for shipping the product to our designated return warehouse.

  3. The item must be shipped within 5 days after approval.

Restocking Fee & Refunds

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

  • Refunds (minus fees) will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

We do not accept returns beyond 7 days after delivery.
